We use an array of professional, highly skilled business actors with vast experience delivering training across multiple  industry sectors for ‘blue chip’ companies. All our actors are diligent working to bespoke client briefs and can also prepare scripts for training if required.

Corporate Role Play

Delegates take part in role play with one or more actors in a pre-set scenario, that is structured to ensure learning points are covered. The different scripts are revealed, as and when the participant triggers them by demonstrating the appropriate skill. Actors are able to give feedback to assist in-house evaluation.

Real-Play

Delegates brief the actors on own real-life scenarios that they are encountering. Actors play out the scene with potential changes to inputs and actions. The different outcomes can be observed to improve learning and development.

Theatre Forum

Actors present a scenario specific to your audience that is given the opportunity to explore different approaches to tackling the issue by adjusting the actors words and actions when the scene is repeated. The audience constructively debate on altering actor inputs until ‘best practice’ is achieved and agreed upon.

Facilitation and Feedback

Actors are briefed by trainers on your course aims, the models and techniques that underpin them. Actors then reinforce and demonstrate the content by giving focused and developmental feedback to each delegate. All feedback is clear, constructive, unbiased and evidence-based.

Interactive Workshops

Skillbox Actors deliver high energy & entertaining workshops, that are rich in content and memorable for delegates. Workshops are designed to minimise delegates nervousness and embarrassment, providing maximum impact on organisational performance.

Sketches

A fun and punchy way to demonstrate a point or bring a theory to life and does not require delegates to act. They are always entertaining, and they can inject humour into difficult situations. Ideal for recording to DVD or digital so that delegates can take away and revisit situations and remember key points.
